As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing the financial aspects of our business, particularly in invoicing, billing, and ensuring timely payments. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including liaising with clients, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating smooth financial transactions.

• Generate and manage AIA billings for invoicing purposes.
• Utilize billing portals efficiently for administrative tasks.
• Administer Notice to Owners and manage lien issuance as required.
• Coordinate with surety for bond requests when necessary.
• Update and maintain pay schedules and job folders.
• Issue and maintain job numbers for effective project tracking.
• Maintain records related to purchase orders, subcontracts, change orders, and budgets.
• Set up new customer accounts accurately in the system.
• Maintain and update the job log with detailed financial records.
• Conduct follow-ups on past due invoices to ensure timely payments.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in construction accounting/AR
• 2 years of experience in AIA billing
• A self-starter with excellent track record of exceeding targets
• Confident in face to face or digital meetings (Zoom, Meets,Teams)
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.

Benefits
The annual base compensation range for this role is between $65,000 and $85,000. The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications.
